Yes, in most cases if you present me with a list of changes you would like to make, I can accommodate them for an additional fee.
I will install your template within the turnaround times listed here. If I require any additional info, I will contact you right away. You can begin adding content to your site through your store admin area even before the template has been installed. The template does not interfere with site content, pages, categories, products, etc. Once your template has been installed, I will email you to let you know that installation has been completed. This email also contains info on helping you set up your new template. After installation, if you require any changes, please feel free to contact me.
All This Chick Designs web template designs are sold "as-is" and customization requests beyond what is described on the product listing will incur additional fees. An overall color and/or font change service is available for most web templates in stock for an additional fee. Click here for more info.
You can come back at any time in the future and purchase print design templates or any other
add-ons even if the design is retired.
Yes, you can absolutely use a pre-existing logo in any of my designs at no extra charge. I ask that your
logo be in the highest quality you have available with a transparent background. Logos with a white
background can be used in some of my templates. Please contact me if you have any questions about this.
Most web design templates are installed within 1 to 10 business days. My current turnaround times are only approximations and can vary based on the amount of orders I have at any time. The turmaround time frame begins when I receive ALL the info I need to complete your order. Check my turnaround times page for current install time.
If you would like to use a host not listed on my site as an approved web host, you would have to install the template yourself. I will send the html code and images for the template in a ZIP file. You may need basic html knowledge and an html editor. There are free editors available online.
No, the templates do not come with any shopping cart software. The shopping cart software is included with your web hosting (see approved hosts). The template is html code and graphics only.
Once I install your template, any changes are billed at an hourly rate of $50/per hour (or per half hour if needed.) Please email the details of your changes for a price and time quote before you place your order.
I do offer phone support by appointment only. Due to the fact that I work from home, I prefer email or live chat.
Yes, absolutely. The photos I have in my previews are stock photos and only there as an example of how your home page can be set up. Since the text on the homepage buttons, which are usually next to or underneath the home page photo, are part of a static image, you cannot change them yourself. Included in the price of the home page set up is customization of these buttons. Simply email me text and corresponding link for each button and i will set it all up for you.
The templates themselves are simply html code and static images (graphics) and do not provide any functionality to your site to make updates yourself. All functionality comes from the web host/shopping cart software you use.
Yes, absolutely! You don't have to order the homepage set up. Some of my clients prefer to set up their own homepage and can do so right through their store admin area.
No, your purchase of a template is a one time fee.
No, the template is purchased once, installed into your hosting and will populate all of your site pages automaticaly.
