Turnaround Times
My current turnaround times are only approximations and can vary based on the amount of orders I have at any time. The turmaround time frame begins when I receive ALL the info I need to complete your order.
So, for example, if you order a template on Monday and I don't receive the info until Wednesday, the turnaround time frame begins on Wednesday. I usually request login info and other info I need within 3 days of your order. If you do not receive an email from me, please feel free to contact me.
I do not work on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or US federal and religious holidays so they do not count as business days. I also take (2) one week vacations a year which do not count as business days. |
